REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Refund Policy

1.1 All sales are final.

1.2 Due to the digital nature of the products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, refunds shall not be issued once access has been granted.

1.3 Refund requests will not be entertained under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Non-usage or partial usage of the product
  • Inability to attend live sessions
  • Technical issues arising from the user’s device, internet, or environment
  • Expiry of the access period
  • Misinterpretation or lack of understanding of the content
  • Purchase of discounted, promotional, bundled, or offer-based products
  • Failure of EMI or part-payment obligations

1.4 Notwithstanding the above, refunds, if any, shall be subject to applicable laws and shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Platform.

2. Course Cancellation

2.1 Digital courses cannot be cancelled once purchased.

2.2 Access to courses and content cannot be paused, transferred, reassigned, or extended.

2.3 In the event of rescheduling of a live session by the Platform, an alternative session shall be provided. No refunds shall be applicable in such cases.

3. Access Issues and Rectification

3.1 Users may request resolution in the following cases:

  • Corrupted or inaccessible files
  • Invalid or broken access links
  • Non-receipt of access despite successful payment

3.2 All such issues must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase.

3.3 Upon verification, the Platform shall provide corrected access or resolution. No refunds shall be issued in such cases.

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

4.1 In the event that payment is deducted but access is not received, users must provide valid proof of transaction, including transaction ID or payment confirmation.

4.2 Upon verification, access shall be granted.

4.3 In cases of duplicate payments, the excess amount shall be refunded to the original mode of payment within seven (7) to ten (10) working days, subject to payment gateway processing timelines.

5. Policy Violations

5.1 Any of the following actions shall constitute a violation of this Policy:

  • Unauthorized sharing or distribution of content
  • Piracy or reproduction of course materials
  • Attempted misuse of Platform resources
  • Engagement in unethical or fraudulent activities

5.2 Upon violation:

  • Access shall be terminated immediately
  • No refund shall be provided
  • The Platform reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal action

6. Platform Rights

6.1 The Platform reserves the right to review and take appropriate action on all refund-related requests at its sole discretion.
