TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.3 Users must promptly notify the Platform of any unauthorized access or security breach related to their account.

4. User Responsibility

4.1 Users are responsible for the following:

  • Adhering to all instructions and guidelines provided in the course
  • Using appropriate ingredients, tools, and measurements
  • Practicing diligently
  • Maintaining proper hygiene and food safety standards

4.2 The Platform shall not be responsible for any outcomes arising from improper execution, negligence, or deviation from prescribed instructions.

5. No Guarantee of Results

5.1 The Platform does not guarantee:

  • Specific baking outcomes or results
  • Business success, income generation, or customer acquisition

5.2 All results are dependent on application, individual effort, and discipline.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Full payment must be made prior to accessing any course or service, unless otherwise specified.
6.2 Access to content shall be granted only upon successful receipt of payment.
6.3 The Platform reserves the right to modify pricing at its sole discretion without prior notice.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 All purchases are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content.
7.2 No cancellations or transfers shall be permitted once access has been granted.
7.3 Any exception applicable to live programs shall be governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Access and Account Usage

8.1 Access to the Platform is granted solely for individual use.
8.2 Users shall not share login credentials with any third party.
8.3 Any unauthorized sharing may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Community Conduct

10.2 Users shall not engage in harassment, abusive behaviour, or offensive conduct.
10.3 Users shall not promote unrelated services or engage in unsolicited communication.
10.4 The Platform reserves the right to remove any user from the community, without refund, in the event of a violation.

11. User Conduct, Confidentiality, and Fraud Prevention

11.1 Professional Conduct

Users shall interact respectfully with instructors, staff, and other participants at all times.

11.2 Information Sharing and Confidentiality

  • Information shared within the Platform shall be treated as confidential.
  • Users shall not disclose, distribute, or misuse any personal or business information of other participants.
  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their own proprietary information.
  • The Platform shall not be liable for misuse of information voluntarily shared by users.

11.3 Platform Misuse

  • Users shall not share harmful, irrelevant, or inappropriate content.
  • Users shall not use the Platform for unauthorized promotional or commercial activities.
  • Users shall not misuse, copy, or extract course content.
  • Users shall not provide false or misleading information.

11.4 Fraudulent Activity

  • Misrepresentation of qualifications, capabilities, or results is prohibited.
  • Promotion of fraudulent or unethical practices is prohibited.
  • Attempts to exploit, deceive, or mislead other users are prohibited.
  • The Platform reserves the right to take appropriate action, including legal remedies.

11.5 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials and all associated activities.

12. Third-Party and User Interaction Disclaimer

12.1 The Platform does not verify the identity, credentials, or claims of users.
12.2 The Platform shall not be responsible for any interactions, agreements, or disputes between users.
12.3 Users are advised to exercise independent judgment and due diligence before engaging with others.
12.4 All interactions are undertaken at the user’s own risk.

13. Service Delivery, Attendance, and User Delays

13.1 Users are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and completing course requirements.
13.2 Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless explicitly stated.
13.3 Delays caused by users shall not affect payment obligations.
13.4 The Platform shall not be responsible for reduced outcomes resulting from lack of participation.

14. Food Safety Disclaimer

14.1 Users are solely responsible for ingredient quality, sourcing, storage, and hygiene practices.
14.2 Users must comply with all applicable food safety laws and regulations.
14.3 The Platform shall not be liable for any food-related issues or claims.

15. Business Disclaimer

15.1 All business-related guidance is provided solely for educational purposes.

15.2 The Platform shall not be responsible for:

  • Business decisions or strategies
  • Financial outcomes, including profits or losses
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

15.3 Users assume full responsibility for their business activities.

16. Limitation of Liability

16.1 The Platform shall not be liable for:

  • Baking failures or unsatisfactory results
  • Financial or business losses
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

16.2 In all circumstances, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user.

17. Account Suspension, Termination, and Data

17.1 The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment
  • Misuse of content
  • Inappropriate or abusive behaviour
  • Prolonged inactivity

17.2 Upon termination:

  • No refund shall be provided
  • Access may be revoked immediately
  • Data may be retained as per applicable laws
  • Appeals must be submitted within seven (7) days

18. Dispute Resolution

18.1 Users shall first contact the Platform for resolution of concerns.
18.2 Both parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
18.3 Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
18.4 The seat and jurisdiction of arbitration shall be Chennai, India.

19. Governing Law

19.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

20. Modifications

20.1 The Platform reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
20.2 Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
